"Die Without Hope" foi gravado no Audiohammer Studios em Sanford, Florida e produzido pelo Mark Lewis (ARSIS, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, WHITECHAPEL, DEVILDRIVER, DEICIDE, SIX FEET UNDER). A capa foi criado pelo artista Godmachine.  A gravaçao marca tambem a introduçao do novo guitarrista e amigo de longa data da banda, o  Jordan Lockrey.
